Hey Nanaimo — We’re Back!

Light ’EmUp.TV is excited to host the 2nd Annual Woodgrove Cruise-In Car Show at Woodgrove Shopping Centre!

Let’s close out an incredible car season with another unforgettable show. Pre-register your vehicle today, and don’t forget to check out the custom event merchandise available for the show. Show net proceeds will be going to the Islands very own Help Fill a Dream Foundation!

Last year’s inaugural event was a huge success, with hundreds of amazing vehicles and thousands of attendees filling the Woodgrove parking lot.
 

~Show Attractions~

This family-friendly event will include:

• Hundreds of incredible show vehicles
• Hot Wheels race track competition with a cash prize
• Kids Play Zone with a bouncy castle
• Games and activities
• Kids colouring contest with an awesome prize pack
• Live music throughout the day
 

Dogs are welcome, but owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
 

~Local Car Clubs and Group Arrivals~

Car clubs and groups arriving with multiple vehicles should stage together at a location outside the mall parking lot before entering the event.

In the event of rain or postponement, all paid registrations will remain valid and automatically carry over to the rescheduled date.

Show vehicles are welcome to leave at any time and are not required to remain until the end of the show. Please speak with an event crew member before leaving so a parking volunteer can safely escort you through the crowd.

Day-of-show registration will also be available. Vehicles registered on the day of the event will still be eligible for trophies and sponsor prize packages.

Please be mindful of spectators when entering or exiting the event. Always wait for a parking volunteer or event crew member to safely escort your vehicle through the crowd.
 

~Vendor Registration~

Vendor pre-registration is mandatory for anyone wanting to set up a booth or table.

Vendor booths must be automotive-related.

Vendor Pricing

• 10' × 10' space — $125
• 10' × 15' space — $150
• 10' × 20' space — $175

Any show vehicles included as part of a vendor display must also be registered separately.

All registered vendors will have their company logo included on the show flyers with the purchase of any vendor space.

~Washrooms, Shopping and Food~

Woodgrove Shopping Centre’s washrooms, food court and retail stores will remain open to attendees throughout the event.

With a great selection of stores and plenty of food options, be sure to enjoy everything Woodgrove has to offer during the show.
